2. Principle

For users in the EU and EEA, the GDPR also applies to providers outside the EU (Art. 3(2) GDPR). This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and embeds no advertising networks.

3. Server log files

When you visit the website, the hosting provider HOSTING PROVIDER, LOCATION automatically processes IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type and operating system. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (operation and security of the website). The data is deleted after NUMBER days.

4. Fonts

The fonts used are LOADED LOCALLY FROM OUR SERVER / LOADED FROM GOOGLE FONTS. No data is transmitted to third parties.

5. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process your details to handle the request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is deleted once the request is resolved and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Contract processing and payment

When you purchase access or a funded account, we process the data required to fulfil the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Payment is processed via PAYMENT PROVIDER, LOCATION, LINK TO ITS PRIVACY POLICY.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR), and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. EU users may contact the authority of their country of residence. EU representative under Art. 27 GDPR: NAME AND ADDRESS, IF APPOINTED.

Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all contracts between ZNPCV Ltd. (System, app, Extreme Club) or Daily Pips Investment Consultant (funded accounts) and customers regarding access to the ZNPCV System, funded accounts and participation in the Extreme Club.

2. Services

• System: Unlimited access to the web app, the strategy and the educational materials for a one-time payment of $2,499.
• Funded accounts: Provision of a trading account with managed capital for a one-time fee, according to the rules stated on the website. DETAILS ON PAYOUTS, DRAWDOWN TYPE AND ACCOUNT CLOSURE
• Extreme Club: Investment under a separate, individually concluded contract. These terms only govern the initiation.

3. Conclusion of contract and payment

The contract is concluded upon completion of payment. Prices are INCLUSIVE / PLUS VAT. Payment via PAYMENT PROVIDER.

4. Rights of use

All content, in particular the strategy, checklist and documents, is protected by copyright. The customer receives a simple, non-transferable right of use for personal purposes. Sharing, copying and publishing are prohibited.

5. No investment advice

ZNPCV does not provide investment advice and gives no trading recommendations. All trading decisions are made by the customer at their own responsibility.

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract. LAWYER TO REVIEW

7. Final provisions

Governing law: LAW OF HONG KONG / UAE, PER CONTRACTING PARTY. Place of jurisdiction: HONG KONG / DUBAI. Mandatory consumer law at the customer's place of residence remains unaffected.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. For digital content, the right of withdrawal expires if the customer has expressly agreed that performance begins before the withdrawal period ends and has confirmed knowing that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

Risk disclosure

Trading foreign exchange and leveraged products involves substantial risk and can lead to the complete loss of the capital invested. Past results are no guarantee of future performance.
